Today I went to the gym to work out and get some cardio in, as well as some strength training. I was excited that I was able to do a few more hanging leg lifts.
I started off doing one leg at a time but was later able to raise both knees. My core and abs are getting a little stronger.
This is a great exercise using the hanging leg lift machine. Here is an example.
