Haha Then you have to start fasting a little bit haha and low carbs... Then you have to do a lot of weight lifting and core workout 😂 easy! 😉
Do you have enough lifting power without carbs in your ketose? I'm already eating low carb at the moment. But once a day is quite a callenge. When exactly do you eat? And I guess early sleep and shakes between? Have a nice day Gilaine
