So today I have another rather high step counter, because it was my day off for the week.
I went to Bayreuth inner city today and enjoyed the hot sun and played some Pokemon Go there.
In the morning I did my workout and tried the chalk I ordered from Amazon.
I was really surprised it actually worked really well, it feels a bit like liquid soap when you put it on but then after just a few seconds my hands turned really white from the chalk.
The grip with it is amazing, I mean I get quite sweaty hands currently because it is so hot here.
But with the liquid chalk I can really improve my workout.
Pull-Ups felt easier and I even improved my deadlift by 5kg today, with almost no struggle.
So I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried give it a shot.
Also it’s fairly easy to clean up, just a wet towel will do.
