Walking I go under the sun rays day by day, trying to make the most of the good weather.
The gentle wind with its breeze fills me with energy and brings me a smile. Spending my free time outdoors made me happy and more when I have the possibility to share it with my family.
Try to spend some time of the day to walk a few blocks, alone or in company.
If we go out alone, they will see how good thoughts and good feelings slowly emerge.
If we are lucky to share the walk with someone for sure, beautiful conversations will come out and they will even be encouraged to dream of a project that is pending to be carried out. This is because physical activity collaborates with the creation of endorphins that produce well-being, helps physical and psychological purification.
Enjoy every thing you see, look for places that you like where you feel good. Close your eyes, fill your lungs with air and feel how beautiful it is to be alive. Enjoy being free.
Later when they get home they will have time for day-to-day concerns.
Make the attempt and you will see how well you will sleep.

Caminando voy bajo los rayos de sol día a día, tratando de aprovechar al máximo el buen tiempo.
El suave viento con su brisa me llena de energía y me saca una sonrisa. Pasar mi tiempo libre al aire libre me hac feliz y más cuando tengo la posibilidad de compartirlo con mi familia.
Hay que tratar de dedicar algún momento del día para caminar unas cuadras, solo o en companía.
Si salimos solos van a ver como poco a poco afloran los buenos pensamientos y las buenas sensaciones.
Si tenemos la suerte compartir la caminata con alguién de seguro saldán lindas conversaciones y hasta se animarán a soñar con algún proyecto que se encuentre pendiente de realizar. Esto es así porque la actividad física colabora con la creación de endorfinas que producen bienestar, ayuda a la purificación física y psiquica.
Disfruten cada cosa que van viendo, busquen lugares que sean de su agrado donde se sientan bien. Cierren sus ojos, llenen sus pulmones de aire y sientan lo lindo que es estar vivo. Difruten de ser libres.
Más tarde cuando lleguen a casa tendrán tiempo para las preocupaciones del día a día.
Hagan el intento y verán lo bien que dormirán.
Espero que día a día sean más los amigos que se suman a una vida activa.
