Well, first day of testing Actifit. It's really been a while since I did any sort of exercise, so I decided to just stroll around the neighborhood today.
Well, I was able to get an activity count of over 1500, so that's a good start. I plan to start doing early morning jogging very soon and then I will hit the gym really hard. Its time I got that 6 packs. Lol.
