Do you think its because centurys ago, all the out going norwiegens went on boats as vikings to other lands to start a life, and so all the quiet introverts stayed behind and started breeding in Norway, which lead to the polluation of today being completely unable to communicate with another human being even to return a greeting to someone.. This is my theory!

Norwegians are really shy and that often makes the look kind of unsociable.
Try north Norway, much more direct and cozy people there!
