Questa settimana ho avuto l'influenza, e quindi sono stato costretto a rinunciare alle mie corse. Sì è vero, "corse" per modo di dire, perché ad onor del vero, il programma che sto seguendo è misto tra camminata e corsa. Ma dopo una settimana fermo, ho ricominciato da dove avevo finito. Oggi 3min cammino più 4min corsa, ripetuti 6 volte. 42 minuti totali di allenamento e 5,2 km. Avanti tutta!
