Caro @libertycrypto27, sono effettivamente un ex-runner, al momento attuale, i miei 60000 km di corse nel mio modesto palmares ci sono tutti, per tanti motivi, tra cui anche quello di potermi permettere di mangiare un quadratino di pizza in centro, tra un cliente e l'altro, oppure quel dolcetto ogni tanto a fine pasto, o quei 30 grammi di pasta in più (si capisce che sono un fan dei carboidrati??), associato anche al fatto che parcheggio appena fuori dal centro storico, in zone dove non si paga il posteggio, già ci succhiano in tantissime maniere i soldi, per cui con gioia aumento il numero dei passi, oggi onestamente per arrivare ai 10000 ho allargato parecchio, aggiustando la percorrenza con un aumento della distanza di almeno 1-1,5 km...
P.S.: comunque da quando parcheggio distante e cammino sono calato da 91 kg a 88-88,5 stabilmente, magari prima dell'estate un altro paio di kg li perdo, non sono un figurino ma una taglia l'ho calata...
