Today I mowed the lawn and did some gardening. I ate my first raspberry from the garden. The raspberries don't seem to be producing as much this season and there is not as many blueberries either. It does look like the blackberry crop and apples will do well.
I also played nine baskets of disc golf with my son and scored one over par for the game. It sure is a fun way to spend some time after dinner.
Here's a picture taken on the new disc golf course in town that was heavily modified in the digital darkroom. (Some of you might recognize it as a picture that I posted a different version of before.)
I was trying to do some other things with Photoshop but it has stopped saving files for some reason on my laptop. Things seem to stop working for some reason on older computers - who knows why. (Computer Gremlins? LOL)

My son usually wins the game. I think I need an edge win at my age but it is fine. I just enjoy playing the game but sometimes keep score so I can see if I am improving.

Love the digital art and would love to see more. I find if there is a problem with an editing or create program it is usually a matter of disc space. Try deleting some old files and see if that helps.
I think I have plenty of disc space and I think it might have been something to do with installing a graphics program recently that messed up Photoshop. I think I need to reinstall it again but that takes effort. If it still works on my older desktop machine I might just stick to using it there. I've been mostly using GIMP these days anyway.
Does GIMP work well with Mac
I'm not sure about that. I use it under Linux and I think there is a PC version too.
That kind of has a Monet feel to it.
I think it is pretty cool what software can do to the photography, it opens up a lot of new creative things.
Yes totally! Some purist look down on the art of photo manipulation. Not me, I really think of it as a crucial part of the art.
I love what you did with the photo! I have a program that has all kinds of filters and effects that I like to play around with too. Glad you and your son got in a game of disc golf after dinner. How old is your son, by the way? One over par is a darn good score - good for you! And well over 5K today - great job!!
