haha pasta king you're too kind! I came across mashing up sausages in another recipe before and applied to this! Works better with some sausages than others. The ones I used here don't have a "skin" so they just mash straight up. If they have a skin you have to remove it first and it gets a bit messy hehe.
My pleasure, lol. And yes I realized that the sausages have to be skinless, but most vegan ones are anyway. At least the ones I tried π
