I found out that Iβm to old for abs, I would have to live in the gym 5-6 days a week π

Too old for abs? No one lives in the gym for abs, silly goose. Abs are made in the kitchen, where you at on your nutrition?
A bottle of vodka every week... heals me emotionally π
