점심시간에 외출을 하느라 좀 걸었다.
추운 날이지만, 다행히 미세먼지는 줄었다.
간만에 콧바람 쐬는 곳도 좋았다.
운동을 따로 하지는 못했지만
걷는 시간은 가질 수 있었다.
틈틈이 스트레칭을 할까 했지만,
오늘은 머리가 아파서 그러지 못했다.
요새 머리가 자주 아프다.
일 때문인가? 아니면 병이 있는 곳인가?
돈 없는데 몸까지 아프면 서럽다.
몸이라도 건강하자.
