Today here in Sunny Southern California, it reached temperatures of over 100 degrees... It was insane HOT!!! Some would say these are the days where you sit inside the house with the Air Conditioner crank on HIGH!!! I say, "These are the days to get well hydrated and get out there and pump out those steps, lose weight naturally and get yourself in great shape with @actifit." What do you think?
