Been down in the trenches lately, grinding away at the office. Lots of 12 hours days and forgetting to post. Trying to keep up with the step count though, but my overall activity has deceased a little bit with the added workload. Slow and steady I keep telling myself, sacrifice the short term pain for the long term gain
