蹲式拖地法 Actifit : 3 April 2019

犹豫再三, 最后还是决定用中文来发帖。 身为华人, 就要用回自己的母语嘛 !

下午的时候, 被妈妈叫去扫地拖地。 我是一个很懒的人, 平时都是一星期拖一次。 今天采用最原始方法, 蹲式拖地法。

  • 蹲式拖地法 = 蹲 着 在 地 上 拖 地

对于一个平时都不怎么运动的人, 蹲在地上拖地, 最后的结果, 就是腰酸背痛。 但看着光滑的地面, 就有一种莫名的成就感。

拖完楼下, 想起还有楼上未拖, 晕~

上楼也把所有房间的地上, 房间外面地板, 及楼梯都拖完了以后, 终于可以休息了。
