수박운동 actifit: 5월 4 2019

요즘 엑티핏 어플덕분에 운동해서 배가 조금씩 들어가는것 같기도하다. 그런데 매번 노숙자 마냥 목적없이 걸어다니니 않되겠다. 그래서 오늘은 목적지를 수박으로 정했다.

문밖을 나오자마자 만난 우리동네 꼬맹이들 나만 보면

헬로~헬로~ 한다

하지만 아직어려서 그런지 내가 베트남 말하면 부끄러워 다 도망간다.

우리엄마가 상상도 못할거다 둘째아들 이러고 사는지.

오늘은 이런 간판이 눈에 자꾸들어온다.

핫한 주말에 누구는 가라~OK 가고 누구는 수박사러 간다..... 흠 세상은 요지경이다.

빙고.. 1kg -500원 수박 나쁘지 않다..

        @freegon, Fitness is vital for sure and with that we have to eat healthy stuff as per the weather because every season suits some foodie stuff which keeps us healthy and fit.
