RE: My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2019

The park truly gives off that zen vibe! Stunning shot, worthy of a frame. It looks set up in its perfection, yet, looks perfectly peacefully natural.

My guess is that you have been so active lately, your body hasn't had a chance to catch up! How did your son like his new discs?

The homeless people sleeping in parks is a real problem. When I was visiting another state last year, we couldn't sit at the picnic tables to have our lunch because some homeless people were sleeping on them.

Now, I really don't want to eat on those tables!!!! It is a problem with no easy solution.

I wish you a most wonderful week ahead!

Thank you! It is neat how parts of nature look so cared for. Old logs are a big part of a healthy forest.

I'm feeling a lot more rested this afternoon - I slept a lot and relaxed. I think I needed that.

There are more than just homeless in the parks. I almost got bit by a pit bull. I thought they had him on a leash but that was not the case. The dog came running over really aggressive looking when we were warming up on a basket close by a picnic table. (This was the same basket where I worry about hitting the table sometimes on a drive off the tee.) I just protected myself with the discs but wouldn't let the dog bite them or me until someone came over and grabbed the dog.

There are definitely some social issues out there with no easy solutions. I think we have technological solutions to all kinds of issues but until we solve some basic things there will always be people who are struggling.

I'm wishing you a good week too. Seeing the beauty in things from the pictures and poetry in you blog is so wonderful!
