The last 6 months or so I would say I have been on the yo yo weight loss plan.

This is not healthy. Today i realized that I had come all the way back up the string and I am near my hight weight again.

Break habits and it's amazing how fast you can put on weight.

Well it's time to do better again. I need to lock it in.

I have set some goals with my wife. I think that having her on board is going to help.

I wrote a post a while back about how much having a friend to work out with helped. When my friend and I got too buys to work out together we both started struggling again. Hopefully I can work with my wife and we can support each other.
