Like they say though the first 10 lbs are always the easiest to lose. Honestly this was a pretty simple first month or so on the cutting journey. I wish the next 25 lbs would com off this easy but I know that is not going to happen.

I am always chasing and adjusting what I am working on in my fitness journey. I make changes fast based on feedback from other or stuff I learn online. My current focuses are as follows. Walking. Eating whole foods. Lifting.
Walking in the morning has been a great habit to pick back up. I get to clear my head before the work day and get in around 8-10k steps. With the kids out of school my morning are a lot more quiet as well. This makes it calm and peaceful to get out the door and workout. I am trying to get at least 1 morning in at the golf course as well. It mixes it up from just walking the river trail by my house.
How do you get your daily steps in? I hope to bring back the actifit reports a couple days a week as well.

That’s great. You’re on a roll. I also lost weight in the last year by eating well and improving my exercise routine. The other thing I did that really helped was to omit any calorie consumption after dinner. Wishing you the best of luck!
