You can enter at any point :) And the more raffle tickets you have the better!
I only speak Spanish, and I imagine that only English will be spoken there, so it would not make sense to participate. But it is a GREAT prize for who if he can go.
There will be Spanish attendees! @anomadsoul is Mexican and there will certainly be other Spanish speaking attendees!
