Oh, do I really have to write explicitly every time about what I did? It's mostly the same thing I do:
In addition there are the daily activities. I thought it's enough to just say what I did with the app, like here in "Daily Activities" and "Cycling".
I don't know if it makes sense to ask you to write about it, especially for repetitive trainings. Many of my members I follow also don't write exactly what they do.
