I like the idea of some 'light cardio/aerobics to help release some blockages & get my energy flowing in the right direction.' The operative word being 'light'

Do you know about the Mercola's exercises for reducing blood pressure and increasing bone density? I started doing them 3 times a day a month or so ago. Only in our sultry hot weather, it's so hard to keep doing them.

Trying to stay 'light' and not beat myself up when I can't always do them. But I know we always feel so much better when we continuing with such programs. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

I can be pretty hard on myself too..Remember that every bit counts SiStar 💯 and some days are better than no days. So important to trust the wisdom within our Beingness. There are times when its best not to force something, even if that something is good for us. All in Divine Time 😍😉

EXACTLY ~ I love to hear:

So true that we need to be more reliant on our own inner wisdom, rather than heeding the voice that says: You should.

I was at a Qi Gong class today ~ Even though we were in the shade of trees, it was getting pretty hot. At one stage I left the class and found a tap and slashed myself down with water. Was so refreshing and I then had the energy to continue ~ Whereas, in the past, I would have just soldiered on and perhaps been much the worse for it.
