One more week since I have registered and started using Steemit has passed, making it two whole months since I initially registered. So let me see how things have changed in numbers since the last week and what I have achieved in the last 7 days. Not very much progress in the last week as I haven't been very active on Steemit, actually that may not be entirely true, a more accurate description would be not overly active as I usually am. As a result of spending less time due to various reasons like traveling around and having crappy Internet connection abroad and not posting as much as I usually do I have lost some positions in the ranking.

Other Things I Have Been Doing Lately

In the last week I have started being a bit more active in campaigning for a backup witness on Steemit, Here is How to Vote for Me as a Steem Witness Using Steemit or the CLI_Wallet, so if you think I'm contributing to the development of Steemit you can give me your vote of confidence. I've been trying to be an useful part of the community by trying to make things easier for new users with my @robotev project, I have been contributing to the @steemcleaners project by helping fight plagiarism and abuse on Steemit, trying to help new users on the Steemit Chat, supporting the @curie project and of course posting and curating as well among other things.

The few posts that I've made during the last few days were mostly centered on Remote Controlled models - cars and drones, so if you are interested in the topic you might take a look and see if you may find something interesting and useful in them. I do have plans to cover other RC car and models in general more as this is one of the topics that I have extensive knowledge and experience in, so expect to get more interesting posts in the future as well. Since there is apparently a lot of interest in Drones as an emerging new technology and things there are developing pretty fast this will probably be one of the more often discussed topics in my RC-related posts. I'm also available to help and answer questions, so feel free to contact me.

The @robotev has reached 1 month of operation and existence on Steemit, a nice milestone behind which there is quite a bit of work going on to make it work on a daily basis. It is a really nice learning experience for me and the results from the voting bot operation are getting better and better every day. I'm planning to offer the option for other users to join with their voting power if they want to support the project and the people that get voted on by the voting bot - new users with not yet established reputation that do post interesting and useful original information. Up to this point I'm the only person working on the bot and providing the voting power, though there are some volunteer curators helping the bot development and I want to thank these people as well for their help.
