Interesting article, and I still have a lot to learn about how Steemit works. Personally, I read several blogs here and only upvote material that I actually find valuable. There are a few people whom I consider my favorites on this platform and I make a note to check out their blogs at least once a week. I want to add to the platform not subtract from it, so I do my best not to abuse the system. I, like many others, am having a difficult time gaining followers, comments, upvotes and generating attention on the site. I think I post what is genuinely of interest to me, and write something worth reading on occasion. I don't fish for votes or followers by begging for either, however it would be nice to eventually be in the big leagues with those seriously making steem dollars.
