This sideline story in Fast & Furious featuring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Stathom was little different from usual series.
This movie is not something very unique or supers awesome but you'll definitely have good time watching it. It does not feature other regular cast like Vin Diesel etc and focus on two action heroes only.
Shaw and Hobbs are both hired by intelligence agency to work together and search for missing nuke. They were supposed to work with each other but they can't stand the sight of each other so at first they go alone in their own way to complete their shared mission.
Shaw's sister which was supposed to protect Nuke in first place, goes rogue when it her team is crushed in defending it. She is wrongly accused of stealing it so she has to clear her name too in all this situation.
They manage to find the professor who created this technology but they failed to complete it in time because of enemy intervention. Later on they decided to goto homeland of Hobbs because his brother is also world-class mechanist to repair any kind of machines.
The ultimate battle is fought on this homeland with enemy and they come with full guns blazing in. You might enjoy some of the scenes like helicopter hang with three trucks, it is not physically impossible but hey its Fast & Furious Series, so you might still enjoy it.
In the end, there were hints of another sideline sequel story. We do know that there is going to be official release in 2020 too with all the regular casts.
