This movie is sequel to famous blockbuster movies of 80s 'The Shining'. This movie is little long in playtime but in the whole movie I never felt that why it is not ending. So longer duration do did justice to whole story.
There are only few horrors stories which I am fan of because only few are good. Shinning was one of great ones and I already had high hopes from its sequel.
Movies starts with Danny Torrance's childhood which he spent in overlook hotel. The things from hotel still haunt but he is then helped by a good spirit to capture those things in boxes of his mind. When he grows older, he gets more grip on his Shinning.
Another group of people, who are very strong at it, like to eat souls of children who are just starting to develop their shinning. It has been their primary feeding source for few centuries now.
A little child who is capable of demonstrating very strong capabilities came into touch with this bad group. He seeks the help of Danny but he refuses at first. He had to intervene eventually because many lives were at stake and he can put a stop to it.
They make a plan and managed to wipe out bad group but their leader is still left. Danny make a plan to goto overlook again so he can trap the leader with the things inside.
Movie had a quite good ending and it has set motions for next part. It was not a much complex movie and I had very good time watching it.
