Denke nicht, dass sich europäische User auf Pornoseiten ausweisen wollen und werden (KYC).
Anonymität ist auf solchen Websites von großer Bedeutung.
Eine Folge könnte sein, dass sich die Webseiten komplett aus der EU zurückziehen (werden ohnehin aus dem EU-Ausland betrieben), sich in kleinere Webseiten aufsplitten oder sich Porn auf dezentrale Plattformen oder sogar ins Dark Web verlagert.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Denkt ihr, dass die EU-Kommission mit der Regulierung von ausländischen Porn-Seiten erfolgreich sein wird?
Alternative zu Altersverifikation und KYC auf Pornoseiten wäre ein Jugendschutz-Filter auf PC oder LAN-Ebene, der von den Eltern gemanagt wird. Kann man Porn im Internet-Zeitalter überhaupt noch einschränken?

The EU Commission has announced that Pornhub, Stripchat and XVideos fall under the new Digital Services Act (DSA) regulation as they might have more than 45 million users in the EU. Pornhub disputes this.
The consequence is that these large platforms will have to do even more in terms of content moderation (censorship) than smaller platforms.
Another side effect is that Pornhub & Co. would have to introduce age verification or ID checks in the EU "within 4 months".

I think that European users don't want to and will not identify themselves on porn sites (KYC).
Anonymity is of paramount importance on such websites.
One consequence could be that the websites withdraw completely from the EU (they are operated from outside the EU anyway), split up into smaller websites or porn shifts to decentralized platforms or even to the dark web.

An alternative to age verification and KYC on porn sites would be a parental control filter at the PC or LAN level that is managed by parents. Is it even possible to restrict porn in the Internet age?

I don't think it will be achieved. What can is to decrease the number of users and as you say that porn sites move to the dark web, in fact many are part of that network, the internet is a universe is very difficult to control.

Some services have used age identification from a photo you take and then they delete right after the process is done. I can see people not wanting to KYC with an ID to those sites, someone might blackmail them later! I think there are too many ways around it, as much as they want to control it I think they will find it impossible!
30 years ago a company offered sex key which you could use to validate that you were old enough. It is better for a user to have something rather than uploading thier id! If you can quit it tho, do so.

Als ich anfing mit dem Breitbandinternet groß zu werden gab es noch ganz andere Seiten und Domains und ich liebte es auf eine gewisse Art und Weise :-) Gewisse Dinge sind durchaus gut, jedoch irgendwie auch dann übertrieben ... solange es auf legalem Wege bleibe ... die sollten mal gegen Kinderpornos vorgehen ...

Whatever they do, there will always be free porn on the internet, that industry is just too big with too much money flowing around that even if they try to ban the big dogs, new ones will pop up.
As long as internet works as is does currently, any age can access pretty much anything.
