You have to try it! its amazing but make sure its fresh squeezed and not out of a can but i can imagine that could be good to.

It was actually the easiest fast Ive ever done as I never got hungry or had cravings. The coconut water has enough vitamins s and minerals to sustain the body for quite awhile.
