  The bounce is what we use to classify a base .. So I would call that a base for sure.. but on this char there was already a panic from those 72s down to almost 50s and then back…

  Those are both great bases, and both can be used.. But you should trade off the closest base. You want to trade off the most current info.. and that base at .0167 is telling you…
