I find the upvoting payout crazy. Recently had 50 up votes and earned nothing. Had one post with way less and made 48 stem dollars. How does that make any sense?

Totally agree. Karate won't stop bullets obviously. My point is probably more that if there is a really bad down trend in the economy it's more likely to be low grade violence…

Different countries may have different rules. They have the rule book so they can decide to tax it how they want. What you probably won't often see is a decision to treat it as tax free!
