Estuve recorriendo un sector ubicado cerca de donde vivo, que es muy lindo, tienes vistas muy bonitas y el clima es bastante fresco. Alrededor de la calle, se pueden observar extensas montañas y muchos árboles, las personas en sus casas tienen animales de granja, como chivos, vacas, perros, loros y hasta monos. En cada paso que se da, todo se vuelve muy bonito de percibir.
Me encanta este ambiente del campo, es muy tranquilo y hermoso. Además, tuve la gran oportunidad de compartir esta actividad física de caminata, junto a mi familia, pasando momentos muy bonitos y sobre todo, promoviendo la actividad y lo saludable que es mantener el cuerpo activo.
Les quiero invitar a todos a estar pendientes y observar mi próxima publicación, donde les seguiré enseñando y redactando más detalles acerca de esta actividad física de recorriendo caminando acompañado de mi familia y promoviendo el deporte.
En esta ocasión les comparto, enseño y comento acerca de mi actividad física realizada en el lindo día de hoy. Como pueden observar, tuve un día muy activo, lleno de momentos agradables, saliendo a caminar y disfrutar del paisaje, la naturaleza y el clima estupendo. También cabe destacar, que estuve portando el uniforme que se me fue otorgado en el gran evento de la #CopaHive "Copa Hive" que me representa como atleta oficial de esta gran familia y comunidad. Representando así mismo #SWC y #Hive.I was touring an area located near where I live, which is very nice, has very nice views and the weather is quite cool. Around the street, you can see extensive mountains and many trees, people in their houses have farm animals, such as goats, cows, dogs, parrots and even monkeys. With each step you take, everything becomes very beautiful to perceive.
I love this country environment, it is very calm and beautiful. I also had the great opportunity to share this physical activity of walking with my family, spending some very nice moments and, above all, promoting the activity and how healthy it is to keep the body active.
