in #esteem6 years ago

Good afternoon, everyone in the world, this afternoon I will explain the development of baby development from the age of 1 week, up to the next 40 weeks, but before I elaborate more, I apologize first, maybe there will be an error writing it.

The fetus is a mammal that develops after the embryonic phase and before birth. In Latin, the fetus can literally be interpreted as "containing young seeds, containing".

Did you know that the development of the baby in the womb runs very fast? Babies learn a lot and even do various things in the womb, such as laughing and crying, which is one sign of growth and development. The following is information on the development and growth of a baby when in the womb:

First week of pregnancy
Calculation of gestational age starts from the first day of the last period - before menstruation can be said to be too late. Therefore, it can be said that in the first and second weeks, you actually have not had a pregnancy. Then what happened this week? After experiencing the process of conception, which is the meeting of eggs with sperm, a network of 100 cells will form which will become the embryo of the fetus. After splitting and multiplying cells, the prospective fetus or embryo will stick to the uterus, which is where the growth and development occur during pregnancy.

Second week of pregnancy
Entering the second week, approximately 150 cells owned by embryos formed three layers, namely endoderm, mesoderm, and ectoderm. These layers are formed by cells that will become various organs and body parts of the baby, such as muscles, bones, heart, digestive system, reproductive system, and nervous system.

Third week of pregnancy
The embryo manages to stick perfectly to the uterus. At this time, the embryo is still doing cleavage and cell multiplication, therefore it is not shaped like an embryo or baby. The outermost layer of the embryo will form the placenta or placenta. At this stage too, various body organs begin to be formed, such as the brain, spine, thyroid gland, heart organs, and blood vessels. The size of the embryo in the third week was still very small, only 1.5 mm.

Week 4 pregnancy
The heart is formed and begins to function and the blood vessels have their own bloodstream. In addition, it has begun to form hands and feet. At week 4 the size of the embryo is 5 mm.

Week 5 pregnancy
The baby's hand has begun to grow, but is still not shaped like a hand, still flat without fingers. The basic structure of the brain and nervous system is also formed, while new eyes, ears and mouth will be formed. Size at week 5 is 7 mm.

Week 6 pregnancy
Enter the 6th week, the size of the embryo is as big as a pea or about 12 mm. The feet have started to grow even though the toes have not yet formed. The digestive system is just beginning to grow. While the upper lip and palate are formed. The head of the embryo has begun to appear but its size is very small, and it is seen that the ears and eyes are being developed.

Week 7 pregnancy
The size of the embryo when entering week 7 is about 19 mm. At this stage, new lungs will be formed, the fingers begin to appear, and the muscles and nervous system are functioning properly. Therefore at this time, the embryo can show its reflexes to its mother.

Week 8 pregnancy
At week 8, the embryo can already be called a fetus because it already has the shape and face like a human. The eyelids and nose begin to form this week. At this stage, the placenta develops and the fetus is surrounded by amniotic fluid formed from maternal blood vessels. Amniotic fluid serves to keep the fetus's temperature normal, helps the fetus move, and helps in the development of the fetal heart. The size of the fetus reaches 3 cm or the size of the plum at 8 weeks.

Week 9 pregnancy
Face on the fetus is more clearly formed. The eyes are bigger and colored, according to the pigments that each fetus has. The fetus has been able to open its mouth and vocal cords and salivary glands begin to form. A 9-week-old fetus is about the size of a limo or about 5.5 cm.

Week 10 pregnancy
A 10-week-old fetus measuring 7.5 cm, has a head that is larger than its body size. The heart has worked perfectly. The heart in the fetus beats 180 times per minute, two or three times faster than a normal heartbeat in adults. Bone cells were first formed, replacing cartilage that had previously been formed.

Week 11 pregnancy
Facial bones begin to form, the eyelids are still closed and will not open until the next few weeks. Nails have also begun to be formed. This week, it turns out that the fetus can swallow and expel urine, which is released in the amniotic fluid.

Week 12 pregnancy
After 12 weeks from the end of your menstruation, the organs and body systems that are present in adults are all owned by the fetus. Organs, muscles, glands, and bones are perfectly formed and begin to function. Starting from this week, there will be development and maturation of various organs that have been formed before. The spinal cord of a fetus that had been formed from cartilage, at 12 weeks will turn into hard bones.

Pregnancy weeks 13-17
When entering the age of weeks 13-17, the weight of the fetus is 57-113 grams and its length is about 10-13 cm. The fetus experiences dreams at this stage, he can wake up and then sleep. In addition, the mouth of the fetus can also be moved, such as opened or closed. At week 16, the fetus can already be seen by sex, whether it is male or female can be helped see by doing ultrasound. Fine hair appears on the head, which is called lanugo.

Pregnancy weeks 18-22
The size of the fetus has reached 25 to 28 cm and weighs 227 to 454 grams. At this stage, existing and hard bones have replaced the prone bones in the fetus. The fetus begins to hear and responds to movements. Therefore, the mother can feel the kick, blow and various movements of the fetus. The oil glands on the skin start working.

Pregnancy weeks 23-26
The fetal pancreas begins to work effectively and the lungs mature at this stage. Babies born at week 23-26 have greater chances of survival, compared to previous weeks. Eyelashes and eyebrows began to appear.

Pregnancy weeks 27-31
An estimated 91% of fetuses born at 27-31 weeks can survive despite the risk of experiencing various complications such as birth defects and low birth weight. Basically, all organs and systems of the body have matured at this age and will continue to develop until birth occurs.

Pregnancy weeks 32-36
The movements and kicks performed by the fetus are getting stronger and more felt. At present, fetal skin is pink and very smooth. The fetus at this age has a weight of 1,814 to 2,268 grams and a length of about 41-43 cm.

Pregnancy week 37-40
This week is the last weeks of pregnancy. At present the fetal body weight has reached 2.722 to 3.639 grams and the body length is around 46 cm. In male infants, testicles are perfectly formed and coated with scrotum. When entering the 40th week, the fetus is ready to be born and all organs have been formed and functioning properly.

only this is what I can say, more and less I apologize...
