Let's see what you would do.noborders (36)in #dpoll • 5 years agoIs This Enough?Four days ago I had a post expressing my concern about a parcel I have to get from China, you can read the post here [What Would You Do? Would You Be Afraid Of Contamination?])(https://dpoll.io/detail/@noborders/what-would-you-do-would-you-be-afraid-of-contamination/). Since then the spokesman of the post company has released a statement with the procedure the post office does to avoid contamination with corona virus. Each parcel is spending some time in a transit zone, after whits it is disinfected and only after that gets sorted. Employees are wearing gloves and masks and are monitored all the time. ![lots-of-packages.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVSXFLpFCCsYvUyiDoGvGh9km7oZ8tMwUGYX7VQSaaKxt/lots-of-packages.jpg) [source](https://www.hotel-online.com/press_releases/release/why-we-made-package-management-a-distinct-component-of-our-concierge-techno/) Do you think this is enough to stop spreading the virus? noborders (36)in #dpoll • 5 years agoWhat Would You Do? Would You Be Afraid Of Contamination? About a month ago I ordered two scarves from China on eBay. It's about time to arrive and I'd like to know what would you do if were in my shoes. ![2019-nCoV-outbreak-timeline.gif](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmY8K8RU3egKDKsqEB1hRSTear6YPfpFwaSknxa6owZRB9/2019-nCoV-outbreak-timeline.gif) [source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019%E2%80%9320_Wuhan_coronavirus_outbreak#/media/File:2019-nCoV-outbreak-timeline.gif) The new coronavirus outbreak made me thinking of weather I should pick up the package or not. All I know about the seller is that he's based in China, no further information is available. I'd love to have these products, have been waiting for them for a few month as the first order got lost and after the refund I had to order again. The price of the whole package is around $2.1, so it's not a fortune if I lose it. On the other hand if the products are contaminated with the virus, I can lose my life and not only me but many people could be infected. Many countries are canceling flights to china and banning people from entering their countries, my country is taking measures, most likely, but if the package arrives, I have to make a decision. What would you do if you were in my shoes? noborders (36)in #appics • 5 years agoWinter Still Life - Pod Covered By Snownoborders (36)in #appics • 5 years agoA cute and friendly bunnynoborders rebloggedachimbornemann (47)in #photography • 7 years agodragonfly~ Dragonfly ~ This is just a snapshot from a walk today.
