  It was independently developed by a third party developer. I believe Cypherglass offered 100k bounty for hardware wallet support for EOS. 50k for Ledger, 50k for Trezor.

  You can use "eos-voter" by greymass to transfer your tokens. But I'm not sure there are any exchanges that provide trading pairs for eos-based tokens.

  I believe EOS ERC20 tokens are frozen. You'll not be able to transfer ERC token between Ethereum wallets. You could trade inside an exchange.
