My second time trying Shabu-shabu. Did it taste good? Oh yes, it is that I had finished eating a bowl.

I remember a month ago, I shared in the community my first time trying Shabu-shabu during my vacation in Taiwan. It was safe to say it was one of the foods I love in the country as it was perfect for me. I mean, with carbs, veggies, soup and all. That is why I asked the husband if we could try again another shabu-shabu in the area. Glad he agreed as that evening we were both too lazy to cook, yet we wanted to eat something heavy!

It was evening already, yet I could guarantee walking around was safe. The transient we are renting was a little bit far, but since I can't ride a bike, I have no choice but to walk.

It was almost full of customers when we arrived, but we were still lucky enough. We got a vacant table.

Since it was a month ago, to be honest, I forgot the name of it, but I had taken a picture. Anyone could read?

Just like previously, we are given a menu and a pencil. All you need to do is to Check/mark for the list of your orders. That is to save time communicating with the language barrier.

I am unfamiliar with the menu, so I just ordered the same with my husband. After returning it to the crew, we stood up and headed to the seasonings and drinks area. As I stated before, it was more on Self-service here. Do not wait for the crew to serve you, even the utensils; you will get starved.

Yet what caught my attention first was the icecream! OH NO! My favorite cookies and creamed almost ran out! I was considering getting some or later!

get some later; you need to eat something solid first! Ah, that's it. The husband helped me decide. By the way, this was for free, unlimited, along with the drinks! GREAT right?

And yeah, seasonings, it was up to you how much to mix. I like this idea of giving the customers the freedom in their food preferences.

And yes, drinks! Get as much as you want, juice or tea? Which one do you like?

You may get the rest of the needed utensils from here. Tissue? That was not a problem, as many tissue holders hung on the wall.

Finally, our order was served!

We immediately placed it on the small stove on the table and heated the fire.

I am trying the hack I watched on YouTube, as I don't know how to use chopsticks. Yes, it works!

We added the seasonings while on a low fire. The pasta is called sotanghon, depending on your choice. As for me, I didn't get some rice, so this will do.

I waited patiently for the rest of the ingredients. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice how sensible the Chinese people were there. I mean, drinks and desserts were unlimited, yet I haven't seen anyone take a serving of more than what they can eat and waste it.

I remember in my country, we have eat all you can resto but it imposes a penalty per gram of any left over food on a plate. If not, I don't know if everyone will be cautious.

Just a few minutes and it was ready to devour. Thus, I find some ingredients amusing, like this ribbon shape. Intriguing how it will taste?

What about this with floral designs? Too cute to be eaten!

I can't believe I finished this bowl of Shabu-shabu! My tummy was so full!
