Wow, it's so sad such a beautiful friendship ended because of such jealousy, and that too because she didn't want to look brainless to her boyfriend. It's good you gave her distance, if she had really attempted to hit your head with the pot then, who knows what else she is capable of doing because of jealousy. Such people are capable of actually killing someone. I have had same experience with someone, but I didn't let it get to all these before I stopped my relationship with her. It's only best to stay aware from such people, they would never be happy seeing you happy.
