We only get flowers on them when we have a longer season, We have feed the plants to the goats when i was a kid. I only know of two varieties. The tubers are different colours but i think that is it.

we have a small patch of the sunchokes. They are good. But they are still under 2 feet of snow . So we wait, Thanks for posting.

Nice post talking about the wildlife. I remember the year that a young bear kept coming around. We had 4 young kids here at the time. I had to call the goverment to tell them…
