Education is known as the backbone of a nation, and everyone in this present world takes it seriously because there is a strong belief that educated people succeed in life. I don't agree with it completely, but I agree that it can be helpful to achieve success, but there is no surety about it.
So when we go to school, our parents remain strict. School became kind of a prison for children where we pay to torture ourselves ( just kidding. Don't take it seriously, but it's not wrong either.) In an academic institution, every student should be treated equally; it doesn't matter if anyone is rich or poor doesn't matter if anyone is good at studying or not. But I think our parents suggest the opposite in some cases. Let me explain.
I can still remember that my parents said to me to make friends with the toppers and stay far from the flopper students. I can't understand the perspective and reason behind the suggestion, but somehow I feel it is not the right perspective also. Isn't it judging students based on their exam grades? Do you think it's okay to charge a student just based on academic performance? Isn't it unfair?
The mentality of everyone is not the same, and it's applicable to students also. Some students are naturally weak, and some are not so serious about studying, and that results in a bad grade in the exam. Whatever the reason, it doesn't mean they have bad character. Although I belonged to the topper category but I made some friends from the flopper category. Flopper means not good in academic results. Surprisingly, some of the flopper's behaviors were very polite. Their good and polite behavior was quite impressive, and I believe, as a person, they are quite better compared to many toppers, and that's the reason I became friendly with them. I realized that those floppers face discrimination in school. Many students think lowly about them because of their bad grades. Even I have seen teachers also do the discrimination sometimes.
I think from the earlier time our parents gave us the wrong message, although it's not fully unreasonable. But I think that should suggest becoming friendly with good students whose behavior is polite, ignoring the grades. I think students should be treated based on their behavior, not by their grades. I love to make friends with them even if their academic performance is not so significant. In my eyes, having a good heart is more important rather than having good grades.
Secondly, academic success does not ensure success in life. There are many students in my country who can't do anything significant even after completing academic life and having significant achievement in student life. everyone does not think about life from the same direction and I think those floppers just think about life from different perspective. That's all.

Perfectly said bro, the floppers think about life in another dimension, it can be wrong to stop being friends with students in school, since those set of students perform not good.
l never pay attention stop myself from associating, lt was the lifestyle that will make me to be his/her friend and not their ability in school.
The deal was, there were some of those floppers who did everything to have a good grade, yet, it was still down at them.
Nevertheless, after school, some of those floppers are very good in other life engagement, something l understand ls that, each of us have different gift.
Greetings.
Hmm. I believe that every student is the same and deserves the same treatment. But good students should be based on the behavior of students, not because of grades. I think good behavior is more important than good marks.

Every child is different when it comes to academic excellence but all children should be treated equally and not discriminate. It's so sad that teachers who are supposed to be good role models to the floppers are busy sifting them out among the toppers which is wrong. No child wants to be dull in academics, it's situation and they need to be embraced and encouraged.
I think that being a good human is more important than being a good students in academics. In school the atmosphere is like that students with bad grades are bad human and many others see them lowly and it's injustice. Someone can be dull but it doesn't mean they are bad human.
