Things all over feel very uncertain and off-balance right now.
Three of the five personal planets are basically in transition. They have either recently changed signs ... or are about to. That alone suggests we're waiting to see what's in store when things settle down and Life restores some stability. It's not often so much is in flux at the same time.
And for a while recently 6 of 8 possible planets were in retrograde which shows a lot of rethinking, revising, refocusing on different goals, adjusting your choices to take advantage of better -- or at least different -- options. Yes, that kind of maneuvering is necessary -- but it can be very uncomfortable, especially for people (like me) who like things set and settled and moving forward toward a definite target. All this rearranging -- it just ain't much fun!!
When so much is retrograde, you're never sure what you'll find when you wake up in the morning -- and that can be very nerve-wracking. (Especially when you don't understand that's what you have to accept for a while and that things will eventually straighten out and work the way they're supposed to.)

Right now the Sun is about halfway through Virgo -- which places attention on the daily work you do, the routines you use to make life manageable, the "everyday" maintenance that keeps the machinery of existence oiled and functioning, your need to take care of your physical body -- by eating right, getting enough sleep, paying attention to your stress levels, etc.
Virgo streamlines life so you can do more stuff -- better, faster, cheaper -- with less effort, fewer costs, and ideally with some time left over at the end of the day so you're not constantly maxed out physically. (Working consciously with this natural focus puts you ahead of the game -- or at least helps you keep up. Just sayin'.)

Today the Moon is in Libra -- where it just wants to socialize, enjoy itself, spend some time with partners and loved ones. Libra wants things to be pleasant and nice -- so do something special and nice for yourself today and tomorrow. Get back in touch with your sources of pleasure. Be kind to yourself and your loved ones. Cut everyone some slack.
(The Moon changes signs every 2 1/2 days -- so it will be moving into Scorpio on Wednesday -- around noon in the U.S. When it does, the mood will change -- and you'll be interested in something other than just kicking back, taking it easy and enjoying some fine food and company.)

Mercury recently moved into Virgo after spending a long time retrograding in Leo this year. This doubles-down on the emphasis of making life run more easily, being efficient, crossing things off your To-Do List, getting "routine maintenance items" out of the way.
You'll also consider how to put your talents to work so they are more useful, more profitable, more effective for both you and "the people you work for" -- which doesn't only mean your employer. It means everyone who benefits from the work you do -- even total strangers, but especially the important people in your world whose lives you want to improve ... and support.
There was also a New Moon in Virgo yesterday -- so all these Virgo-related things I just mentioned are on everyone's agenda in spades.
Purple is a Scorpio color.

Venus changed signs yesterday -- as if there wasn't already enough excitement to suit you -- moving into Scorpio, a sign where she's not real comfortable, TBH. Venus symbolizes the pleasure principle -- specifically things like relationships and finances ... or as mainstream culture puts it "love and money."
When Venus is in Scorpio, sexual passions can rise to an unhealthy extent. Relationships focus on "what can you do for me and what can we do together" more than "what can I do for you." (You can see where sexual tensions fit right into that outlook.)

With Venus in Scorpio, power struggles can be intense -- because the desire to either improve the partner (forcefully in some cases) or discard the partner and seek an improved relationship with someone else may be conspicuously on your mind.
When Venus is in Scorpio, you focus on "how things aren't working out well for us" -- and how you can either fix that or go find someone who suits you better. Venus in Scorpio is, frankly, a difficult time for existing relationships ... and Venus retrogrades in Scorpio this year, Starting October 5. It will be there until after the first of the year -- so we have a very long time coming up to rework our relationships into something more suitable.

Most of us will make it through this time with the partners we have -- but when we come out the other side, the relationship will be different ... and better. That much is certain -- but in the meantime it may not be terribly comfortable ... or pleasant.
TBH, your relationship with Steemit is part of that package. During this time either Steemit will rearrange itself into something more useful, or you'll reach different accommodations with it -- and your expectations and habits -- or you may decide to ditch it completely.
(So the exodus from Steemit may increase for a while ... and those who remain will find new and better ways to work with it and its potential. In the end, it will be better for everyone. Steemit, you, your colleagues who remain ... and those who pick up and leave. Srsly.)
Red is a Mars color.

Mars leaves a very long stint in Capricorn ... in about an hour as I write this. It moves from there into Aquarius where you'll take different actions, you'll experiment more, you'll follow your intuition and instincts on decisions about "what to do next."
Mars in Aquarius is always up to try something different -- sometimes just to see what happens. It blazes new trails. It doesn't stick to tradition. It shakes up the status quo. You'll rely more on your own ingenuity. You won't just "follow the crowd."
Aquarius energy is innovative, independent and unpredictable. It is dedicated to trying new things, breaking old habits, inventing new products and solutions that open up options that weren't available before. It is objective and highly original. "The way things have always been done" doesn't impress it at all. This energy is very in touch with new concepts and "things of the future."

You can see some of this already happening on Steemit. People are making up their own solutions to problems ... and inventing new tools ... and suggesting different approaches to break the inertia, coming up with totally new ways to operate and work together.
This energy lasts until mid-November -- and you'll probably amaze yourself between now and then with the unusual things you decide to investigate with yourself, your writing, your blog, your life.
It will open up different options for you ... things that don't even exist ATM. And once that happens, you'll work on new plans and new creative directions until the start of the new year.
Soooo, change is in the air (and in the heavens!!) And when it all shakes out, things will be better -- no matter what you decide in the meantime. (New arrangements are forming out on the horizon -- right this minute.) Give Life a chance to show you some things you haven't seen yet. I promise ... it will.
If you've always known there was more to Astrology than Sun Sign material and the three line daily horoscope in the newspaper, climb aboard and follow this blog. You'll find a world of wisdom detailing how you were designed to work with life ... and why you are the way you are -- all in quick-to-read, easy-to-digest-and-remember, written-in-plain-English essays that offer plenty of food for thought.
Little by little, I'm doing a set of articles that talks about all the elements in your horoscope and what they have to say about you. If you "know something" about Astrology -- or know something about your chart placements, that will help you get more from this material.
If you don't ... well, this is one place you can learn. We all have to start somewhere ... because we aren't born knowing this stuff. Meanwhile, if you've never seen your horoscope ... and don't have a clue how to work with it, maybe it's time to find out. There are lots of "chart services" on the internet -- some of whom produce decent, readable charts "for free" and some are so awful and confusing that even I can't read them easily -- and I've worked with charts for decades.
One extremely user-friendly chart site is here: AstroLabe. I recommend them if you want a simple, easy-to-read chart. I think they even give a reasonable little interpretive reading of your horoscope as part of the package. You'll need to know your birth information -- day, month, year, time and geographical place. Without all that your chart will have limited accuracy.
Or, if you want to get serious and really talk about this, upvote this post and start a conversation in the comments section sometime in the next six days from the time of publication. We'll go from there depending on what you want to know.
Questions about any of this? -- Upvote this post and talk to me in comments. It's a terrific way to build value for yourself and the community ... and it will give me ideas of what to write about in future posts. Believe me there is lots to say about the way The Sun, The Moon -- and all the other elements in a horoscope, all the other components of Astrology -- work together to interpret you and your story -- and what it all means to the person you've become.
Although sometimes the background pictures in our visual essays support the topic and text, they don't always. Sometimes the connection is clear. Sometimes it's symbolic and subtle. Sometimes, there's no connection at all.
The scenes depict landscapes and natural features, buildings and wildlife. They were chosen because they show something lovely or interesting ... or simply because the photo appealed to me.
Our spectacular and remarkable planet is changing at astonishing speed. Rarely are these changes for the better. Few people seem to know ... or care ... or have the will and power to do anything about this. It may not be long before the world humans have known and lived in for centuries is forever lost. We certainly won't be able to make repairs as fast as we destroyed it.
So a few years ago I began collecting pictures of the way things were ... and still are for now, a record of the beauty we have while it is still ours to love and honor.
The photos here are part of that collection, with sincere thanks to the artists who saw these moments ... and with their cameras ... preserved them. All of us at Enchanted Spirit are profoundly grateful to them for their generosity and skill ... and for the added grace, depth and dimension their art brings to ours.

I love all of these articles you write, it is amazing how in line I am as I'm sure we are all, what a crazy powerful time it has been and continues to be, so much change within my life that was very painful at first, but has now allowed me to find my way again, on a path that is much more about me full filling my desires. I am very excited for what is to become and what I am planning, finally able to see that pain as the instigator I needed xx much love and respect to you @enchantedspirit xx
