All great songs! I love Gordon, but for me the song has just been so overplayed. I think a lot of it has to do with growing up just south of Lake Superior and visiting it's shores frequently as a kid. If you ever get a chance to head up to Whitefish Point they have a shipwreck museum there with a nice tribute and history of the Fitzgerald. There is also a play now about the ship. I think it's called Ten November. Billy Joel is still on our bucket list of artists to see. I wish we had seen him at the Garden.

I've always been a Billy Joel fan so he takes my pick of the day. I haven't heard Piano Man in a couple years now, thanks for sharing it. The other two songs were good too, I don't think I've heard a Chapin song in close to ten years now. That was a great choice! Too bad he died so young. Lightfoot I've heard before but not enough to be a fan, but he really made the song work. I didn't know anything about that wreck, so I looked it up. I learned something new so not a day wasted!
