It’s easy to feel a lot of doom and gloom with the shit going on in the world. I listened to a great podcast the other day (Uberboyo - I recommend his Irish ass!) and he talked about how this massive push for AI has a lot of facets but one of the most important ones is that it’s the last attempts to save the failing economy and American hegemony. It rang so many bells that it made a lot of sense! There’s a mad rush to that because there’s nothing else going on. The markets are horse shit, there aren’t any reasons besides greed for the “inflation” that’s running rampant. It will completely implode if this AI bet doesn’t pay off. I guess that sounds more doom than I was hoping it to be..

What I am meaning to say is that it’s going to be attempted to overtake us on a lot of things but the simple fact is that it doesn’t muster the necessary abilities. Will it ever? I think in a lot of areas, not at all!
