Dziś w zasadzie była powtórka z poprzedniego dnia. Pogoda była trochę lepsza i przez moment zastanawiałem się czy wyjść pobiegać, ale już nastawiłem się na ćwiczenia na siłowni. Skończyło się jednak na orbitreku, ponownie 50 minut, ale tym razem wplotłem interwały na najwyższej intensywności. Po każdych czterech minutach w rytmie 70-75 robiłem jedną minutę w rytmie 85-90. W efekcie na koniec wyszło około 300 metrów więcej niż wczoraj.
Po tym wszystkim zrobiłem krótkie rozciąganie i 60 pompek w czterech seriach. Wczoraj też robiłem pompki, ale sił mi starczyło na 50 powtórzeń. Dziś sił miałem na więcej, ale już czasu mi brakowało bo pora była do pracy wracać.

After that, I did a short stretch and 60 push-ups in four series. Yesterday I also did push-ups, but I only had enough strength for 50 repetitions. Today I had the strength for more, but I was running out of time because it was time to go back to work.

Daily Activity, Elliptical, Gym, Stretching, Walking
On work days I struggle through my workout to complete sets, especially when I do my workout after work. I'm getting better now though (at least I think I am) But I'm not objectively sure about that. 50 to 60 push-ups is definitely some improvement
It is normal to feel better when you are active, maybe there is no improvement in time or weight you can raise, but I am sure that there is improvement in workouts quality.
