Długo przekładałem start nowego sezonu POLIAC. Wiele się na to złożyło, przede wszystkim w ostatnich miesiącach miałem kilka wyjazdów. Z punktu widzenia rywalizacji i osiągnięcia jak najlepszego wyniku to turniej podczas mojego urlopu byłaby bardzo korzystny, ale z drugiej strony mam świadomość, że nie miałbym czasu codziennie to prowadzić na poziomie jak zwykle. Dlatego musieliście czekać tak długo. Jeszcze pierwszy tydzień listopada będę miał w rozjazdach, ale później wracamy do rywalizacji. Chodzą mi po głowie pewne zmiany w turnieju. Jeszcze nie wiem kto pozostał aktywny z poprzedniego sezonu, będę to dopiero analizował. Chciałbym w piętnastym sezonie połączyć złotą i srebrną ligę w jedno, w pierwszej części sezonu rozgrywki byłby jak zwykle "każdy z każdym", nowością będzie druga część sezonu czyli faza play-off dla najlepszych 16 graczy, ale to nie koniec, bo najlepsza czwórka rozegra ponownie turniej każdy z każdym. Co o tym myślicie? Jestem otwarty na sugestie.

I don't yet know who remains active from the previous season, I will analyse that. In the fifteenth season I would like to merge the gold and silver leagues into one, in the first part of the season the games would be "everyone against everyone" as usual, the novelty will be in the second part of the season, i.e. the play-off phase for the best 16 players, but it won't be the end, because the best four will play the everyone against everyone tournament again. What do you think? I'm open to suggestions.
Poniedziałek był zwykłym dniem w pracy. Po wczorajszym bieganiu licznik miesięczny pokazał ponad 83 kilometry, co już jest rekordem w tym roku. Przez chwilę myślałem o gonieniu wyniku 100 km, ale belgijska pogoda zniweczyła moje ambicje. Zostały jeszcze dwa miesiące, a przy obecnym progresie wszystko jest możliwe. Zamiast biegania w deszczu wybrałem siłownię i trzy kwadranse na orbitreku.

For a while, I thought about chasing the 100km result, but the Belgian weather thwarted my ambitions. There are still two months to go, and with the current progression, anything is possible. Instead of running in the rain, I chose the gym and three-quarters of an hour on the orbiter.

100km is such a long distance, at your current pace you'll probably get there in the time you have left in the year. I would be worried about injury if I attempted such a distance but I figure you have that covered. Every time I go for a 30mins jog the calf pain is unbearable if I don't space the cardio days out. I keep seeing TikTok influencers say stretching and mobility exercise helps but I don't see how.
Have you tried any of that since you started working on this goal?
First of all 100 km is goal for a month in total not for stright run/jog. The longest distans I covered in one run was marathon (42194m), I did it twice, but it was 10 years ago.
To be honest I am too lazy to make proper streaching and mobility exercises pre and post jog. I do just a few of them. But from time I combined jogging with gym exercises I seen the diference and more comfort during run. The exercises are simple i.e. burpees, sit-ups, push-ups.
Nice monthly goal. I don't run as often as I would like to so 100km is quite a lot
What's your psyche hack for staying consistent with your workout?
For me, I've managed to convince myself that I'm some sort of fitness bro who will save the world someday. It works for me cause I'm still less than 30 so...I'd like to know if it would still be effective as time goes on.

Czyli poliac w finale upodobni się trochę do macfita. Wtedy poprzeczka powinna straszyć kijem i osoby, które by odpadły mogły by startować u nas :)
