Heute am Montag ein Stressfreier Tag. Das Wetter war wunderbar. Ein Spaziergang hat mir sehr gut getan.
Ich habe es mir vorgenommen es jetzt jeden Tag machen.

Today on Monday a stress-free day. The weather was wonderful. A walk did me a lot of good.

I've made up my mind to do it every day now.
