Aunque tengo 30 años, es la primera vez que compro mis propios adornos de navidad, por eso hoy es un día bastante especial donde estuvimos en familia decidiendo que queríamos este año para nuestro arbolito, todos los años lo adornamos con cosas que mi mamá nos regala que ya no usa pero este año quería que fuese diferente y aunque aún estamos en octubre, quise aprovechar de gastar unos ahorros que tenía, para empezar a comprar algunas cosas, ya muchas tiendas tienen artículos navideños y a precios bastante accesibles, incluso hay arboles de navidad pequeños que estan bastante económicos, tengo pensado comprar uno ya que el mío esta muy viejo y casi no le quedan ramas, espero poder cumplirlo pronto, les comparto como fue este día para nosotros.
Although I am 30 years old, this is the first time I buy my own Christmas ornaments, so today is a very special day where we were in family deciding what we wanted this year for our tree, every year we decorate it with things that my mom gives us that she no longer uses but this year I wanted it to be different and although we are still in October, I wanted to spend some savings I had, to start buying some things, and many stores have Christmas items and quite affordable prices, there are even small Christmas trees that are quite inexpensive, I plan to buy one since mine is very old and has almost no branches left, I hope to be able to fulfill it soon, I share with you how this day was for us.
El día comenzó con cosas inesperadas, teníamos pensado ir a un lugar que había visto por Instagram pero quedaba demasiado lejos, a mitad de camino decidimos cambiar el rumbo y fuimos a otro lugar, en camino a ese centro comercial, vimos dos tiendas con decoraciones de Halloween cosa que me pareció genial ya que aquí no se celebra Halloween y es bastante difícil conseguir tiendas con esta temática, mi hijo vio una decoración gigante de Jack, al principio se asustó pero luego le gusto mucho, le tome fotos en ese lugar jajaja.
The day started with unexpected things, we had planned to go to a place that I had seen on Instagram but it was too far away, halfway we decided to change the course and went to another place, on the way to that mall, we saw two stores with Halloween decorations which I thought was great since Halloween is not celebrated here and it is quite difficult to get stores with this theme, my son saw a giant Jack decoration, at first he was scared but then he liked it a lot, I took pictures of him in that place hahaha.
Llegamos a la tienda y había una sección de navidad bastante grande, tenían de todos los colores y cada color estaba en un pasillo diferente, nos sentimos muy saturados sin saber que comprar con exactitud ya que habían demasiadas cosas, en un momento pensamos con mas claridad y empezamos eligiendo un color, yo quería que mi árbol fuese azul y morado, pero mi hijo quería rojo y creo que su opinión era muy importante ya que la navidad es un momento mágico sobre todo para los niños, es por eso que, elegimos muchas cosas rojas y algunas plateadas.
We arrived at the store and there was a big Christmas section, they had all colors and each color was in a different aisle, we felt very saturated not knowing what to buy exactly because there were too many things, in a moment we thought more clearly and started choosing a color, I wanted my tree to be blue and purple, but my son wanted red and I think his opinion was very important because Christmas is a magical time especially for children, that's why, we chose many red things and some silver ones.
Pasamos mucho tiempo comprando hasta que por fin pagamos y nos fuimos a comer pollo y helados, aunque en estas fotos nos vemos tranquilos, ya estábamos muy cansados, sobre todo mi hijo que estaba ya molesto porque quería comer jajajaja
We spent a long time shopping until we finally paid and went to eat chicken and ice cream, although in these photos we look calm, we were already very tired, especially my son who was already upset because he wanted to eat hahaha.
Estoy muy feliz de poder comprar mis propios adornos de navidad a mi gusto, cada año intento que mi arbolito aunque es pequeño se vea lindo y este año creo que será el mas bonito de todos los que he tenido, aquí les muestro algunas de las cosas que compramos, como les comente, la mayoría son cosas rojas y plateadas, para las luces elegí de colores variados y otra caja de un color azul claro que casi parece blanco, pienso comprar mas cosas porque soy de esas personas que les gusta ver arbolitos repletos de decoraciones y por supuesto tengo en mente comprar un arbolito nuevo que tenga mas ramas que el que tengo aquí, ya parece desnutrido mi pobre arbolito viejo jaja.
I am very happy to be able to buy my own Christmas decorations to my liking, every year I try to make my tree look nice even though it is small and this year I think it will be the nicest of all I have had, here I show you some of the things we bought, as I told you, most of them are red and silver things, for the lights I chose different colors and another box of a light blue color that almost looks white, I plan to buy more things because I am one of those people who like to see trees full of decorations and of course I have in mind to buy a new tree that has more branches than the one I have here, it already looks malnourished my poor old tree haha.
Fue un día especial sobre todo, poder incluir a mi hijo en decisiones acerca de la decoración de nuestro hogar para navidad, aun faltan dos meses pero ya siento muchas ganas de decorar mi casa después de ver y comprar tantas cosas lindas, en fin, espero que tengan un buen día todos!
