  when the popup appears to add my account, I enter my account ID, my posting key and press "add account"... nothing happens, the popup stays there and no account is added. any ideas?

  oops, I was a week late... I think it's a bad decision they took not to give shares to people holding bts on exchanges as this would have made a lot more advertising for peerplays.
