I awoke earlier today thanks to eating fruits only yes'night.
But going to bed was torturous; didn't fall asleep quickly due to feeling super hungry and weak.
So today for a change, I thought I'd stay awake until I was really sleepy.
It's 4 am. I don't think I'm sleeping tonight.
Will read a really hard book re:Sherlock Holmes in the hour leading to sleep from now. Screens probably do affect our sleep.
That book will work better than a sedative.
